Holdable is a marketplace for custom 3D-printed figurines, made in Detroit by a solo studio. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language.

What we collect

Account. You sign in with Apple. We receive your name (or the alias Apple generates) and an email address for your account and order receipts.
Scans and content. Photos you capture in the app are used to build your 3D models. Your scans stay private to your account unless you choose to publish them to the Community.
Orders. When you buy a print we collect your shipping address and order details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
Usage. Basic, aggregated app analytics (screens viewed, features used) so we can improve the product. No ad tracking, no data brokers, no selling of personal data.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data.
We do not run third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
We do not use your private scans for anything other than making your prints work.

Publishing to Community

Publishing a scan makes it visible to other users under your handle, and anyone can order a print of it. You earn 15% of each sale as Holdable store credit. You can unpublish at any time.

Data deletion

Email [email protected] from your account email and we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and order-fulfillment law.
